Virtual Tea Parties - Purpose and Agenda

At Greenfield Development Group we know that lots of businesses are re-thinking how they use their budget during these tough economic times.  We believe great leaders lead with optimism, capitalize on opportunities, and responsibly manage their budgets.

We are going to be upfront about the virtual tea parties - we hope that by participating in them you will remember us when your budget is stronger and a need for talent development exists.  With that disclaimer, we hope that you find the virtual tea parties (which are complimentary) to be a useful tool for your own learning and potentially for assisting some of your colleagues in their learning.

Each Virtual Tea Party follows a simple agenda of three items:

  1. Virtual introduction of those participating with an option to further participate in social/professional networking according to the comfort level of the participants
  2. Review of relevant leadership practices for each each session
  3. A quick highlight of one of the 36 distinct skills of leadership

Do you have a suggestion for a topic for an upcoming Virtual Tea Party?

We want to hear it!  Sure, we’ve got some topics already in our pipeline.  Yet, our goal is to make these sessions fit the needs of our audience.
